It's your last chance to sing in this year's Easter cantata.
The Fort Frances Choraliers will hold their second practice for “Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb” this Monday (March 5) at 7 p.m. at the New Beginnings Fellowship (1301 Mill Rd.)
“If they want to get in, they need to get in now,” choir director Diane Maxey said yesterday.
The first rehearsal was held this past Monday, with Maxey noting she only had 21 singers out—although she about 40 women and men registered.
Those interested in participating who may have questions can contact her by calling 274-7309.
Maxey is welcoming any new voices to join the Fort Frances Choraliers for the Easter cantata.
Practices will continue to be held each Monday through March at 7 p.m. at New Beginnings Fellowship.
The cantata itself will not performed until after Easter Sunday, which falls on April 1 this year.
Instead, the first performance will be held Sunday, April 8 at 1:30 p.m. at Rainycrest.
A second performance will follow on Sunday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at the New Beginnings Fellowship.
The third and final performance will take place Sunday, April 22 at 3 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in International Falls.
