On May 31 around 8:35 a.m., Dryden OPP officers initiated a stop for a highway traffic offence on Highway 17 within the City of Dryden.
As a result, a large amount of cocaine was seized, along with a large amount of methamphetamine, with a total value of $120,000.
A large amount of Canadian currency also was located and seized.
A 45-year-old Alberta man has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
He also faces two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
The man was remanded into custody.
