The OPP is continuing to request the public's assistance in locating a male wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of failing to comply with a recognizance.

Daniel Sanche is described as a heavy-set white male, 35 years of age, standing 5'11" (180 cm) and weighing 225 pounds (101 kg).

He has long, straight dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

He last was seen wearing a black baseball cap, black sweatpants with red stripe, and a grey muscle shirt.

He also has numerous tattoos, including a Tasmanian devil on this left forearm and an eagle surrounded by flames on his right forearm.

He was released on a recognizance Jan. 9 with various conditions, one of which was to reside at a specific court-identified location in Kenora.

On May 25, he failed to return for his curfew and he has not been seen since.

On June 5, the accused failed to attend court in Dryden as required with respect to a number of sex-related charges.

After failing to appear in court, the accused now faces additional Criminal Code charge, including failure to comply and failure to appear.

The offender is believed to be in western Canada at this time.

Anyone having contact with this offender, or information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or call 9-1-1.
