The Emo and District Hospital Auxiliary wishes to thank individuals, groups, and businesses for their overwhelming response to their special project in regards to the renovations to the Emo clinic.
The pledge goal has been met and surpassed, with funds to be directed towards the needs of the main floor of the Emo Health Centre.
The auxiliary asks for your continued support, and also thanks those who helped in any way at their “Strawberry Social” earlier this month.

A fish fry hosted by the Emo and District Lions Club was deemed a success by organizers.
The club would like to thank those businesses and individuals who generously donated items for the penny table.
Thanks, as well, to everyone who attended and supported the club's efforts to raise money for its agricultural bursaries and the Emo Lions Medical Assistance Program.
Please consider joining a Lions club in the district so you can give your time and talent towards making your community—and the world—a better place.

As part of its summer programming, the Emo rec committee and the Emo “Best Start” Hub are bringing in Science North to run a day-long science day all about space for kids aged seven-12.
It will take place Friday, July 7 from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. upstairs at the Emo-La Vallee Arena.
There is no cost to attend but space is limited, so register early!
