Emo youth soccer will be holding registration for its upcoming season next Monday and Tuesday (March 9-10) from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Emo arena.
This year’s soccer program is for boys and girls in JK-Grade 8, and will run every Tuesday and Thursday starting April 28 at the Emo Sportsfield.
Registration costs $25/player, with late registrations only being accepted if there are spaces left at $30/player.
Volunteers and coaches are important parts of making this soccer program a success, so please consider how you can help!

Alberton Township’s rec committee is putting on a winter fun day at the Millennium Skating Rink this Saturday (March 7) from 1-4 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to come out and spend an afternoon with family and friends skating or sliding on the terrific slide hill the rec committee has built there.
Coffee, hot chocolate, hotdogs, and marshmallows also will be served free of charge while supplies last.

The Emo and District Hospital Auxiliary will be holding a Shamrock tea and bake sale next Friday (March 13) from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the hospital cafeteria.
Admission will be $3, and there will be a door prize and a bake table.
Come out and support the auxiliary, which is always looking for new members. Memberships are available for only $2.
The hospital auxiliary would like to thank the entire district for its support in the past and hopes to see you out on March 13!

Do you need community hours in order to graduate from high school? If so, the eighth-annual Emo Walleye Classic is looking for volunteers to help with this year’s tournament on May 28-30.

A seniors’ games day is being held at the Christian Reformed Church in Emo on the third Monday of each month at 2 p.m., with the next one slated for March 16.
Come out and enjoy board games, sequence, marbles, Mexican train, etc.
