DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
for our construction project located near Rainy River, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the site Document Control Lead to handle the receipt and issue of project documentation, processing in accordance with agreed procedures.
The successful candidate must be located locally. This position is NOT a camp position and is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all project drawings and documentation are received, checked, accurately recorded and distributed in an effi cient and expeditious manner according to agreed Project and Corporate Procedures. This will include hard copy and electronic versions of documentation;
• Provide system generated reports on time as required, and that regular exception reports on late documentation are made available for management review;
• Frequently check that all record files required by the Project are being maintained in good order to comply with QA requirements and to provide full co-operation during execution of internal and external audits;
• Undertake other administrative and document control tasks as requested by the Lead Document Controller or Project Control Manager.
Role Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
• Basic typing skills and knowledge of main MS Applications;
• Understands document processing principles, and practices;
• Experience with EDMS is strongly recommended;
• 0 - 2 years of clerical experience is required for this position;
• Engineering and/or construction office background with direct knowledge of vendor and engineering documents is preferred.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER
(1.00 FTE – 37.5 HRS/WEEK)
LOCATION: Fort Frances, Ontario
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Services, the Community Support Worker provides case management and support to individuals 18 years of age and older with a serious mental illness in the Fort Frances area.
The Community Support Worker provides a case management model of care with a focus on recovery based services. Community Support Workers will develop an individualized service plan to assist persons in developing the skills and supports necessary to maintain a level of independence that allows them to live and thrive in the community.
Essential Duties:
• Manages a caseload, accepts referrals, liaise with referral source, confirms eligibility and completes the intake process.
• Develops goal-focused support and care plans based on assessment and other supports and as requested by clients, family members and service providers.
• Ensures that all client interaction supports client selfdetermination and independence.
• Addresses outcomes or goals as derived from the plan of care.
• Provides a continuum of functions including: therapeutic relationship building, assertive outreach, symptom management, life skills teaching, supportive counselling, family support and crisis intervention.
• Works in a manner that preserves, maintains and respects privacy and confidentiality of client and staff information.
• Responsible for knowing and meeting all health and safety requirements to ensure a healthy and safe workplace.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with prescribed agency, Ministry and legal standards.
Qualifications:
• Degree in regulated profession in the health or human services discipline essential.
• Experience working with individuals who have a serious mental illness.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working with the target population.
• Ability to liaise with clients, family members, professionals and agencies of varying ideologies.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and computer knowledge.
• Current registration in their professional designation.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Access to a vehicle and hold a valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• Current Vulnerable Sector criminal record check.
