Town of Fort Frances

Committee of Adjustment

TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment will consider

the following application submitted pursuant to section 45 of the

Planning Act, 1990 at the regular meeting Tuesday April 30th, 2019

at 5:30 pm in the Committee Room downstairs at the Civic Center

320 Portage Ave, Fort Frances, ON.

Any person may attend this meeting and/or make a written or

verbal representation either in support of or in the opposition of

an application or be represented by council for that purpose.

Any person or persons who wish to be notifi ed of the decision

with respect to these applications must appear in person or by

counsel at the Public Hearing and in addition, request in writing

form the Secretary-Treasurer copies of the decision of the

Committee of Adjustment.

Application can be viewed in the Planning Department, Civic

Centre, 320 Portage Avenue, during normal business hours. For an

permeant easements on PIN 56018-2246, PIN 56018-2027,
