permanent, full-time position, you will be required to work flexible
hours, e.g., rotating shifts in a health care unit that provides
7 days per week service up to 24 hours a day, including evenings,

Are you an experienced food service professional? If so, consider
bringing your culinary expertise to this position where you will
work with and provide direction to inmate helpers (and will be
eligible for a Custodial Responsibility Allowance). This position is
temporary (up to 12 months with possibility of extension), on-call,
0 to 40 hours per week with no guaranteed minimum amount of
hours and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. To
apply, you will possess a Journeyman Chef’s Certificate as issued by
the Ministry of Colleges and Universities OR sufficient acceptable
experience in volume cooking, and have a valid First Aid and
Heartsaver Certificate or the ability to obtain it.
