ADMINISTRATION
MANAGER
KAYNAHCHIWAHNUNG
HISTORICAL CENTRE
Reporting to the Manager of Administration of Rainy River First
Nations, the Administration Manager shall be responsible for the
overall administrative management of Kay-Nah-Chi-Wah-Nung
Historical Centre through the effective management of personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,

Finance, Commerce or suitable equivalent;

  • Minimum of 2 years directly related experience including previous

management level experience;

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with administrative

staff and the public;

  • Demonstrates competence in leadership, communication,

professionalism, organizational and analytical skills;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of governmental

regulations and compliance requirements;

  • Knowledgeable with computer systems and applications (Word,

Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a focus on strategic short

and long term goals.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Must be able to provide current Criminal Reference Check

satisfactory to the First Nation;

  • Must adhere to the Rainy River First Nations’ Drug Testing Policy;
  • Must have the ability to work flexible work hours, which may

include evenings and weekends;

  • Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
