HOUSING MANAGER
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the housing program is to provide and maintain
high quality and affordable housing for Seine River First Nation
members. The Housing Manager will be responsible to manage the
overall operation of the housing program.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 diploma or Equivalent and five (5) years supervisory

  experience within a carpentry/construction environment;

  • Must be familiar with office equipment, computer technologies,

  and various software programs;

  • Must have an understanding of community and family structures;

  customs and traditions; and the administrative structures and
  operations of Seine River First Nation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possess positive interpersonal skills;
  • Possess good organizational skills;
  • Possess good teamwork and leadership skills;
  • Ability to coordinate; multi-task, and provide direction;
  • Ability to maintain diplomacy, discretion and respect with tenants,

  staff, community members, contractors, resource people and
  Chief and Council, etc.
