Stock car racing at the Emo Speedway wraps up Saturday, Sept. 11 (weather permitting). Hot laps are at 4 p.m., with the first race at 4:30. This week also will feature car rides at intermission, as well as Powder Puff and mechanics’ races after the regular program.
Borderland Roller Derby will hold its first-ever “bout” on Saturday, Sept. 11 in the ’52 Canadians Arena. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with “bout” starting at 7.
