RBC Financial Group third-annual charity golf classic

The RBC Financial Group will hold its third-annual charity golf classic, featuring a best ball format, on Saturday, July 11 at the Heron Landing Golf Course (Couchiching). Limited to the first 144 golfers (36 teams), with the cost being $100/player or $400/team. Proceeds to the Riverside chemotherapy program. Inaugural Fort Frances Folk Festival

The inaugural Fort Frances Folk Festival is scheduled for Saturday, July 18 starting at 1 p.m. at the Little Beaver Snow Park lodge. “Day passes,” available at Sight & Sound, the Fort Frances Museum, Fort Frances Public Library, and Moss Yogo Studios, cost $20 for adults, $15 for teens aged 15-18, and $10 for children aged six-14 (those five and under are free).
