A temporary detour was set up at Scott Street and Bulter Avenue this morning as a crew from Bay City Contracting tore up the road to replace a water valve. Motorists can expect to see temporary road closures through next week as crews will be working to replace a total of 20 valves around town. Bay City also is expected to resume work on Central Avenue later this month.
