Asselin Transportation and Storage Limited has been fined $8,000, and Eldon Irvin Mose $2,000, plus victim fine surcharges, after pleading guilty to failing to comply with conditions of the company’s certificate of approval.
Court heard that Asselin Transportation and Storage Limited operates a business for the collection, handling, and transportation of non-hazardous liquid industrial waste.
Mose is the president of the company.
