Bravo! What a great learning lesson for all! People learn when they are emotionally touched by an event and I'm sure, will not soon forget. I think the City of Fort Frances should be very proud to have such a motivated and energetic Community Services Officer, such as Constable McCoy. It must have taken a lot of time and effort to pull off such an event and to do it in secrecy. Congratulations to all involved, I hope it saves at least one young person from making such a tragic mistake. Keep up the good work!
