Come out and enjoy an evening of Bingo—you even might take home some cash!

Proceeds help the Legion fund its many charities.

A reminder, as well, that seniors’ carpet bowling and lunch goes every Thursday at the Emo Legion

Games begin at 9 a.m., with lunch served at noon.

Dance supper slated Sunday

The first supper of the year at the Dance Hall will go this Sunday (May 31) from 5-7 p.m. (doors open at 4:45 p.m.)

The menu will consist of ham, turkey, potatoes, vegetables, and all the trimmings, plus a wide variety of homemade dainties and desserts.

The cost is $12 for adults and $6 for kids aged six-12 years (those five and under eat free).

Fundraiser dinner set

A community fundraiser dinner will be held this Friday (May 9) at the Emo Legion to help the Emo Health Centre purchase a new exam table.

One is needed for the nurse practitioner who is coming to join the team there, with the cost being about $11,000.

A roast beef and stuffed pork dinner, complete with all the fixings, will be served for $20 (advance tickets only!)
