Tough to grasp

Brad McDonald (#88) tried to get a handle on Portage Collegiate Institute Trojans’ running back Dylan Brydges during the regular-season finale at Muskie Field on Friday afternoon. The black-and-gold never had a handle on the game, either, losing 57-0 to finish the 2009 WHSFL season at 0-7.

Muskie girls' tourney

Muskie forward Shae-Lynn Smith charged towards the goal with three Pembina Tigers in hot pursuit during the Muskies’ 3-2 win in round-robin play Saturday at the Ice For Kids Arena. The Tigers got their revenge in yesterday’s final, however, claiming the gold medal with a 3-1 win over the hosts.
